Error code: 91001 - Unable to enter presence channel (invalid channel state)

This occurs when there is a client attempts to enter presence to a channel which is in an invalid state such as detached, failed or suspended.

Resolving this depends on the state of the channel. 

-If the channel is in a detached state then the customer has detached and should reattach

-If the channel is in a failed state then please look at the cause of failure. You can see details here.

-If the channel is in a suspended state then you need to wait for the internet connection to be restored
