Why can’t I migrate my Self-Service account to a Pay-as-you-go package from the dashboard?

Depending on your current account usage you may not be able to automatically migrate from your self-service account to PAYG. If you attempt to upgrade from your dashboard you may instead see a message encouraging you to request a call back from our customer support team. 

Do not worry, you can still migrate to PAYG. It simply means a few manual adjustments need to be made prior to migration to PAYG can start. This is to ensure your PAYG plan meets all the capacity requirements you need without exceeding any rate limits. We will talk you through current and expected future usage before setting.
