Error code: 40114 - Account wide peak channel limit exceeded
This error message means that you have exceeded your peak channel hard limit and you will no longer be able to add additional channels on your account until either the number of channels reduces or you upgrade your package.
If you are on a free or self service package then you can upgrade your package on our pricing page.
If you are on a business or enterprise package then please contact your AE/CSM or use your package escalation procedure if it is urgent.
