Error code: 40332 - Unable to activate account due to placement constraint (incompatible site)

This error code means you are connecting to an app for an account that is restricted to a region such as US-only or EU-only, without specifying the right environment in your client library to direct you to the appropriate region.  

If you have a regional constraint on your account, you should have been provided with a custom environment to pass to the client library.
