Error code: 42922 - Rate limit exceeded; too many requests

This error indicates the client has made too many requests within a 5 minute time window, and the request you made has been rejected. The limit will remain in effect for up to 30 seconds and will be persisted if the volume of requests being made remains above the threshold from the same IP address.

This rate-limit is in place to protect the Ably platform and is not expected to be encountered during normal use.
