Migrating to Ably from an existing service
I purchased Ably through the AWS Marketplace but I am experiencing issues with signing in
If you are experiencing issues with signing after having bought Ably through the AWS marketplace then you should try the following steps:
1. Make sure you're logged out of Ably
2. Complete the AWS registration process with an alternative email
3. Invite your personal account to be an admin of the AWS account
